Kathy Rautenbach, the principal of Kidz Discovery® Preschool, is a seasoned educator with over 20 years of experience in early childhood education.
Holding advanced degrees in Early Childhood Development, Kathy has earned recognition as a leader in her field, with numerous accolades highlighting her commitment to excellence. She has co-authored several influential papers has been featured in leading educational journals on innovative teaching methods, play-based learning, and the importance of nurturing environments, contributing valuable insights to the broader educational community.
At Kidz Discovery®, Kathy’s leadership is defined by her warm, approachable nature and her genuine love for children.
Her belief that every child is unique and deserving of personalized attention, is clear as she remains deeply involved in the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring that the school’s values of inclusivity, respect, and a love for learning are woven into every aspect of the curriculum.
